Once In a Lifetme: Bad Sister!

  • Comfort Station 2579 North Milwaukee Avenue Chicago, IL, 60647 United States (map)

Not based on anything even remotely resembling a true story, BAD SISTER (2016) combines the "crazy imposter" and "student seduction" subgenres for an extra-juicy slice of Lifetime insanity! This one wastes no time getting into the good stuff, with fake nun/con woman/sexual predator Sister Sophia (Alyshia Ochse) giving herself stigmata while lusting after a dopey teenager within the first 20 minutes of the movie! No celebrity cameos in this one, but there are enough dream sequences and semi-blasphemous sex scenes to qualify as Lifetime's answer to THE YOUNG POPE.

Featuring commentary from The A.V. Club's Katie Rife and Chicago Underground Comedy's own Meredith Kachel! Oh, and did we mention it's free? The venue does not allow alcohol, but there are plenty of cocktail bars in Logan Square for pre- and post- gaming. Or so we hear.

Once in a Lifetime is a comedy/parody/riffing show with commentary from local Chicago Comedians and hosted by AV Club's Katie Rife.

This event is Free!
