Compassionate Communication / NVC is a practice that strengthens your ability to observe and connect with your feelings and needs, and the feelings and needs of others. The practice can build empathy in relationships, deepen friendships, heal communities, resolve conflicts, and lead to greater self-awareness. This practice group is open to anyone to participate, even if you have never heard of compassionate communication before, and the atmosphere will be relaxed and informal. We'll be working with different communication exercises following what’s alive in the group and exploring concepts described in Marshall Rosenberg’s book, ‘Nonviolent Communication’.
