Film screenings happen every Wednesday at 8pm

Outdoor Film screenings are at dusk (sundown) out on the Comfort Station lawn.

Music performances happen every Thursday at 7pm

Art openings happen the first Saturday of every month, and are displayed for the entirety of the month

All other events happen intermittently

Til the Grid Turns Green

An afternoon featuring workshops and discussions curated by Chicago-based farmers and activists exploring community gardening, sustainability, the food suppy chain, farming in your backyard, the bartering economy, and what "local" actually means. The goal is to look deeper into the landscape of Chicago;s urban farming community and agricultural sector to move forward in a way that takes into account Chicago's socio-economics. 


-Panel Discussion with representatives from each level of the food supply chain

-Talk and lecture by various farmers,organizers

-20 minute workshop on starting plants at home lead by Rossette Saraih from Chicago Mushroom Company

-"Face Your Waste" Game Show hosted by Corbin the Compost Worm
