An afternoon featuring workshops and discussions curated by Chicago-based farmers and activists exploring community gardening, sustainability, the food suppy chain, farming in your backyard, the bartering economy, and what "local" actually means. The goal is to look deeper into the landscape of Chicago;s urban farming community and agricultural sector to move forward in a way that takes into account Chicago's socio-economics.
