Once again Paul Freitag-Fey has found some rare and lost horror films from the VHS era and we start off the month with

Plot: A 1988 Spanish-American made-for-TV horror film when a masked serial killer is murdering people in a small village with an axe. A young couple unwillingly end up in the middle of all the chaos, and eventually become the next target.
