Outdoor Film screenings are at dusk (sundown) out on the Comfort Station lawn.

Music performances happen every Thursday at 7pm

Art openings happen the first Saturday of every month, and are displayed for the entirety of the month

COMFORT MUSIC: Passerines, Common Pulse

Passerines is the music collective founded and lead by Timothy Young. The collective began as an experimental recording project during the fall season of 2011. The project’s first unofficial release, Viduidae – Indigo Mountain, was conceived over the course of 5 months while Timothy Young was enrolled at Columbia College Chicago. The album was the first to debut Young’s interest in crafting expansive and ornate sonic arrangements through the creation of lush harmonies and interweaving counterpoint, performed with acoustic, electronic, and concrete textures.

Common Pulse is a 16-member professional vocal ensemble founded and directed by Lydia Lane Stout.
